With having lived in the Chicagoland area for over 12 years and currently living in the Western suburbs my knowledge about the city and its unique neighborhoods enables me to hone in on ideal properties for my buyers and to negotiate the best possible result for my sellers. I am also the president and owner of Naples Remodeling, LLC. a general construction company specializing in remodeling of the REO properties purchased for my investor clients who benefit from my ability to anticipate the future value of improvements and to gauge rental income. We have reintroduced over 35 rehabbed properties back into the market in the last 4 years.
