Gordon was super responsive from the moment I called from the home with the FOR Sale sign. It didn't work out, but he checked in frequently and provided listings that were a good match for me and was available at all times. He was quick to get in all those offers I made (which were consistently outbid despite offers over asking price). And when the first home fell through (more than once), he made me immediately prepared to make another offer. He was right with me during critical inspections and helped me navigate withdrawing an accepted offer. His thorough knowledge of the area of interest kept me on the right track And he called me the moment he got off a plane to let me know that the first house was available again and went above and beyond to make sure I got it! Gordon hooked me up with a fantastic broker (Mike O'Neill) who helped me get my financing in order very quickly and who was also very responsive and easy to communicate with. He has a thorough knowledge of the area, inspectors, and contractors. A very good buying experience all around!
Hopefully I am living in my forever home now (my 5th home), but I would not hesitate to call Gordon again and will recommend him to others looking in this area.
