We first talked to Gordon Crane by phone 3 months before we met him at his office. He was recommended to us by my brother. Gordon then recommended to me a C21 agent in our area (Los Angeles). Even though we waited a month to start the sales process the experience was exceptional. We had a closing in 5 weeks.

When I arrived here in Farmington, Gordon was able to pin down properties that were within our budgeted goal that gave us a selection of amenities that were important to us. Gordon went beyond and got us a deal that we are still pinching ourselves. Excellent service, excellent knowledge of his craft. When I put the house on the market it was critical that it be sold in a timely manner because I had to transfer to Texas for my job. Gordon and I met, figured out the pricing, discussed issues I had had in the past with brokers, and came up with a marketing plan which included a fair market value. Gordon said he would have the house sold in a few weeks - which he did! All interactions with Gordon were open, honest, professional and upbeat which made this process so easy!
