From the very first meeting, he showed genuine understanding, patience, and professionalism. Grant guided me through every step, explained all the details clearly, and always made sure I felt comfortable with each decision. Grant's knowledge of the market was impressive, and his strategy for preparing and listing the home led to a smooth sale at a price I was thrilled with. Communication was outstanding-every question was answered quickly and throughly, and I was always kept in the loop. What really stood out, though, was Grant's compassion. He treated my dad's home with respect and acknowledged the memories attached to it, which meant more than he probably knows. I'm incredibly grateful for all of Grant's hard work and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor who is not only skilled and dedicated but also genuinely caring.
