Seller reviewPatrick Irick is trustworthy, reliable and extremely good at all he does. He intentionally goes above and beyond whenever it is necessary. I cannot overstate how important Patrick was in ensuring the success of our last two real estate transactions. I cannot imagine ever working with anyone else!

None of that deterred Patrick Irick from offering incredible service and assistance throughout our months-long search. He adjusted his schedule. He communicated with us and worked for us during his family vacation. He was patient with our shifting wish list. And he put us at ease with answers to our questions and his knowledge throughout the process.
