Greg Pubols has been a part of the Tacoma community since 1983, when he first arrived as a freshman at Pacific Lutheran University. Over the years, he’s grown to love the area, witnessing Tacoma’s transformation firsthand. From the days when stoplights dotted Highway 16 to the ongoing addition of a second bridge across the Narrows, Greg has seen it all. Greg’s real estate career began 10 years after graduation, following a few years in public accounting. His passion for working with people and his belief in the value of real estate led him to make the leap into the industry. He started with John L. Scott and then joined forces with Dick Beeson and Ken Brown to open the Tacoma North Windermere office. After more than a decade with Windermere, Greg is now the owner and managing broker of CENTURY 21 Blue Chip in University Place. As a longtime local, Greg has deep roots in the community and is dedicated to providing personalized real estate services to his clients. He has helped hundreds of families buy and sell homes over the years, and most of his business comes from repeat and referral clients. Greg looks forward to continuing to serve the University Place and Tacoma areas for many years to come.
