I'm in the Real Estate business because it combines my love of all things Real Estate with a passion for serving my clients and my community. As a native Dallasite and long time resident of Arlington, the DFW Metroplex is my home! In my early professional career I was a residential property manager. Later, I worked for a corporate relocation management company where I acquired and re-sold residential property across the US. After that I spent 20 years as a client serving Manager in the Tax Practice at Ernst & Young (EY), a global professional services and consulting firm. All of these roles prepared me well to start my own real estate business in January 2020. After speaking with six different brokers, I choose CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Co. to partner with. They are the oldest and most established real estate company in DFW. With a family focused culture, locally recognized training, and strong mentorship I know I could not have chosen a better business partner. So we really didn't want to waste anyone's time. What got us interested in working with Gretchen, was the time she took in reaching out to us. It was just such a kind gesture, to see if we would mind taking a meeting with her just to give her a chance to introduce herself and let us know what she could offer. Usually some realtors can be pretty pushy but she wasn't. And I appreciated that. She made time to meet with us even if it was for only 1 property. She'd reach out if she hadn't heard from us to check in and see if there was anything she could help with. Not the "get on your nerves" check in, but the very genuine one. Gretchen thank you very much for your patience and your assistance! We were able to land the property we wanted!!! Would definitely recommend!!
