I'm in the Real Estate business because it combines my love of all things Real Estate with a passion for serving my clients and my community. As a native Dallasite and long time resident of Arlington, the DFW Metroplex is my home! With over 35 years of customer service and consulting experience, my goal is to make your real estate transaction smooth, pleasant and stress-free! In my early professional career I was a residential property manager. Later, I worked for a corporate relocation management company where I acquired and re-sold residential property across the US. After that I spent 20 years as a client serving Manager in the Tax Practice at Ernst & Young (EY), a global professional services and consulting firm. All of these roles prepared me well to start my own real estate business in January 2020. After speaking with six different brokers, I choose CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Co. to partner with. They are the oldest and most established real estate company in DFW. With a family focused culture, locally recognized training, and strong mentorship I know I could not have chosen a better business partner. Buyer reviewGretchen was very helpful finding our new home. She reached out to us several times before we came to Texas to be sure she had the right houses lined up for us. We were only in Texas for a week and she was able to show us multiple houses and when we wanted to circle back to look at a couple of them again, she was very accommodating. We couldn't be more happy with her service and knowledge. Plus, we love our new home and can't wati to move in!!!

She is extremely congenial and friendly. Very accessible. Her selling style was much more appropriate and effective than what I originally had in mind. I had a plan, but hers was better. This is because of her knowledge, experience, and expertise in the local market. Gretchen got the successful results that I wanted. My advice would be to hire Gretchen Greco and do whatever she tells you to do. Let the expert do her thing. You will be happy that you did. Worth every penny.
