She goes above and beyond the duties of what is expected of an agent including assisting with moving tasks. She has had patience throughout this long process with such limited inventory and multiple lost offers. Gretchen has been supportive and remained positive every time I lost a bid and was sure that was the perfect property for me. Gretchen is up to date on any new laws and regulations and has a wealth of knowledge for referrals on any homeowner issue I needed assistance with.
