Seller reviewHaving just sold and purchased three properties in the past year, the most important factor is listening and understand my specific needs, concerns, and limitations. Gretchen won the account at our first meeting. We interviewed several other agents, some with larger annual sales, even one other relator from the same Century 21 office, but Gretchen listen and worked with us instead of trying to make us fit her particular sales "template." And it worked.
