Having worked with Gretchen on several appraisels I was more than confident that she was very capable of fulfilling my needs as an agent once I was ready to list the property. Gretchen is very thorough and helpful in all aspects of getting a property ready and also selling. When some issues arose with the home inspection she was very helpful in coordinating various contractors to remedy the issues in a very cost effective way. Gretchen's knowledge, understanding and patience are some great skills she possesses and is more than willing to share them with her clients.

was able to contact Gretchen at any time during the day or night, was available on weekends. Keep me informed of progress w/all issues. and made me feel at ease.
