Seller reviewWe love Gwen! We wish we met her earlier before we bought our first house. She helped us buy our new townhouse and sell our house. Gwen made the whole process less stressful, especially I was going thru my cancer treatment and surgery.She was very very very helpful. Gwen really knows the her stuff. We met a few realtors, builder and contractor and they all spoke very highly of her. She was very professional, personable and patient with our questions. Anytime we had questions, Gwen was very prompt to answer them and made us feel at ease with the whole process. If we move out of Florida...we hope Gwen will be our realtor. There are not enough words to say how great Gwen was as our Realtor! I would recommend her to all of our family and friends. Gwen is bomb.com!!!!

Buyer reviewGwen handled both the sale of our existing home in Brussels Bay and the purchase of our new home in Park Creek. We are not very patient people and felt the weight of the world on our shoulders, but Gwen was very good at easing the stress and reassuring us that all was going as planned. She really made us feel like she cared about us all along the way and that was important to us. With Gwen's help, we had three showings on our home and three full price offers in the first 5 days allowing us to select the buyers. Her crafting of the listing was a key factor in such a quick sale. As a matter of fact, the buyers said they fell in love with the house before they even visited the home, just by looking at the listing. We can't thank Gwen enough for all she did for us!
