Seller reviewThis Lady staged my home which I regard as excellent...it's hard to sell a house when it is vacant! She did extra things like assuring the house was clean, even it she had to pick up trash etc. And assuring that the yard man would touch up the outside property before an open house. She treated my house as if it was her own up for sale. An excellent and hard-working agent keeping me informed of showing and responses. I highly recommend her for any sales....eilther in the city or in the country.

Seller reviewGwynne Johnson facilitated the sale of my mother's house in the most professional of ways. With my father deceased and my mother in memory care / assisted living, Gwynne listened to my family's situation with understanding and empathy. She then proceeded to move forward with a plan for showing and selling the house, while continuing to be ever-sensitive to the fact that this was the house in which my sisters and I had grown up in and knew as "home" for the past 60 years. Her guidance with regard to arranging the remaining furniture for showing, along with her recommendations for a few needed repairs proved to be very valuable. When it was all said and done, the house was sold in a timely manner, and the entire process was very "painless." Gwynne's attitude, demeaner, performance, and work were a "class act," for sure. I would highly recommend Gwynne as an agent for the sale of any home.
