Heather Hicks is a third-generation Realtor® who has worked in the business since she was a teen. She obtained her license in 2015. Heather specializes in commercial, multi-family, and single-family residential sales and leasing, covering the entire Treasure Coast plus Brevard, Okeechobee and Western Palm Beach Counties.
An entrepreneur, Heather has a strong business and marketing background having managed several successful businesses. She is a native of Ft. Lauderdale and lived in Wellington most of her life before moving to Port St. Lucie in 2015.
Heather works with animal rescue organizations and is interested in veteran housing issues. Her hobbies include horseback riding, parks and trails, music and spending time with friends and family.

Her hard work ethic and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off. When we saw our listing we were blown away. The listing knocked out the competition. The second buyer that saw the property put in an offer. Shortly thereafter, our house went under contract. We accepted. Lastly, Heather walked us through every step of the closing process.
