Buyer reviewAaron Christensen's service far exceeded expectations. We've bought several homes over the years with different agents and Aaron is absolutely the best realtor we've ever experienced. He was very clear at the beginning setting expectations and understanding what type of service we needed. We covered the customary things such as home type, area of interest, budget, etc. However, he also covered preferences that most realtors would overlook such as our personality type, our decision making style, the amount of detail we wanted to see, and how much independence we wanted. Aaron's depth and breadth of his knowledge base also sets him apart from others. He was able to advise on everything from schools, to demographics, to temperature, to traffic patterns and informed us with everything we needed. Finally, his close skills are exceptional. Unlike others that might use textbook tactics to negotiations, he was crystal clear about risks and custom tailored our responses to close the deal.

He gave us amazing suggestions to do some quick updates on our property, even helping us to find contractors to help execute the updates. He priced our house perfectly and we had multiple full price offers within eight days. He then used his expertise to negotiate the best deal for us. Everything went so smoothly. We felt it sold faster and for more money than we thought we could get before hiring Zach. On top of being a great agent, he was extremely sensitive to our situation. We were in a position where we had to sell because of a layoff and Zach made a hard situation so much easier. We were able to trust what he says, he always came through for us.
