Team Profile
Heather is a South Carolina native who was raised in the small town of Wagener, SC. While Jonathan was born and raised in Long Island, NY. By pure chance (and maybe a little bit of fate) Jonathan and his family moved to this tiny little town of Wagener where he met Heather. Together they moved to West Columbia in 2017 and raise their three children. They could not imagine ever raising their children somewhere else.
They both work hard and together their strengths and weaknesses compliment each other to help make an amazing team. They have many passions including helping investors find investment properties, helping first time homebuyers, and guiding families on their move to South Carolina.

Buyer review????? Heather made our out-of-state move and new build so much easier than we ever imagined. Since we couldn't be here in person, she was our eyes and ears-making sure things stayed on track and keeping us in the loop the whole way. Her response time? Freaky fast (in the best way), and her advice helped us snag a program that saved us a ton. She's knowledgeable, dependable, friendly, warm, and approachable-and genuinely cares about her clients. Even our toddler loved her… and he's a tough critic! We'd recommend Heather to anyone who wants a realtor who truly goes above and beyond.

Buyer reviewHeather is not your typical realtor, she looks out for the interest of the buyer instead of her own. She worked very hard to accomodate everything we needed and was very flexible. She was very reachable by text and made it really easy to schedule and get ahold of for questions. She was very honest and professional, and always reached out quickly to seller to get information for us. She negotiated some great things for us and was very knowledgable on the area. Over all great experience, and will use her again in the future.
