Heidi handled all the repairs, painting, cleaning and inspections for us. She did an excellent job performing as a project manager. Her communication and organizational skills are exceptional. Heidi is also skilled at pricing and negotiating the sale of your home. She made our home ready for market quickly and the home sold quickly at above the asking price. She checked on our property and found things that required attention, such as lawn mowing, pest damage, and other concerns that could have prevented a sale, or lowered the price, and even helped arrange for service for landscaping, mowing, and repairs. Heidi was the best real estate agent with whom I have worked. She communicated with me on every issue. She communicated with other agents and kept me informed at every step. She recommend solutions when the house inspection showed a high cost for repairs which saved me a lot of money. She knew the real estate laws including the tax laws that effected my neighborhood. She did an outstanding job of showing the home and setting up open houses. She really earned her commission.
