Heidi met us at a random Open House. From that point forward, in a non aggressive manner, she followed up with us consistently with options and updates. She always took initiative to handle anything that came up in our buying process.The most honorable aspect of Heidi is her commitment to being honest and transparent with everything. She always made sure we knew what was going on via open and consistent communication. She also never pretended to know something she did not just so she could "save face" or feign expertise in everything. It is such a rare quality to find someone who is always open about what they do not know and will quickly point you in the direction of an expert. We always felt we could trust Heidi and that her top priority was to ensure we received the best service possible.
