Heidi met us at a random Open House. From that point forward, in a non aggressive manner, she followed up with us consistently with options and updates. She was prompt on every appointment, followed through on every commitment and never once did I feel as if anything other than her true desire for our total satisfaction in our purchase mattered.

Heidi is excellent when it comes to communication between her clients, seller's agent, escrow, loan officer, and any other involved parties. She is always very quick to respond and follows up with every involved party. She used excellent judgement on when to push for responses and when to give something a little more time (so as not to upset/offend other parties). We were impressed with how much she was involved with every aspect of our buying process, not just the pieces that were her direct responsibility. She also ensured every issue that came up was handled quickly. For example, when the lender required a plumber to inspect something, Heidi had one there immediately. She always took initiative to handle anything that came up in our buying process.The most honorable aspect of Heidi is her commitment to being honest and transparent with everything. She always made sure we knew what was going on via open and consistent communication. She also never pretended to know something she did not just so she could "save face" or feign expertise in everything. It is such a rare quality to find someone who is always open about what they do not know and will quickly point you in the direction of an expert. We always felt we could trust Heidi and that her top priority was to ensure we received the best service possible.

My husband and I are so grateful we chose Heidi Miccio to work with. Even though Heidi is my niece, I don't think my excellent rating is biased because this is the first time that we really have had the opportunity to get to know each other on a personal and professional level. I am absolutely pleased and delighted with what I have learned about Heidi as a person and am very proud of her. She is an excellent realtor. Heidi handled herself very professionally and provided us with exceptional service. Heidi communicated very well with us throughout the entire process everything we needed to know and what needed to be done and the deadlines.
