Even though Heidi is my niece, I don't think my excellent rating is biased because this is the first time that we really have had the opportunity to get to know each other on a personal and professional level. I am absolutely pleased and delighted with what I have learned about Heidi as a person and am very proud of her. She is an excellent realtor. Heidi handled herself very professionally and provided us with exceptional service. Heidi communicated very well with us throughout the entire process everything we needed to know and what needed to be done and the deadlines. I felt she was "on top" of everything and gave us pertinent information that we would have never thought about. Furthermore, if she didn't know something, she told us so and made the effort to find out. She truly worked on our behalf and made us feel that we were being taken cared of. It was so reassuring to know someone had our backs.
