Helle stood out when talking to the buyer and kept me out of the mix, as I did not care for the person who bought my condo. She tactfully worked with him and allowed me the courtesy of venting to her about my displeasures. It kept me from going crazy during a very stressful time of my life. No attention to detail was too small. She kept me informed within minutes of any small directional vector change. We were in accord whenever we discussed the advertising, how much asking price there was and what we would accept. We basically sold the condo on the first day for an offer $20,000.00 over the asking price. You want to know if I would recommend Helle Hartley? Damn Yes!

We loved Helle! You always try and think of ways on a survey to mark someone down somewhere so it looks like you're being balanced, but we really can't think of an aspect of Helle's performance that was less than excellent. She was extremely friendly and considerate, and went out of her way to make us feel like her number one clients. Helle was on top of all the details and the depth of her experience was invaluable. Her instincts were spot on, as was her attention to detail, we're we got a great deal we know we wouldn't have otherwise gotten!
