Helle was tireless in following up on this condo that she knew we liked and was able to work with the listing agent to get it for us. She is always prompt in returning text messages and phone calls and worked with us every step of the way. She even negotiated for concessions and a one year service contract from the sellers which is quite an accomplishment in this heated real estate market. I would also like to mention that Helle and Dennis were so helpful to us in the sale of our condo hotel last year. We had an especially difficult transaction and Helle and Dennis kept their cool and helped us move the process along despite many setbacks. They kept the transaction on the rails and kept us moving forward until we were finally able to close.
