Buyer reviewHelle was awesome in every way. Always professional and listened to our requests for what we were looking for in a beach property. Although we found her online I believe we connected with exactly the right person and couldn't have asked for anyone better. She provided us with expert feedback on pros and cons of our different options as well as connecting us with suitable lenders, insurance, inspectors and was unfazed as we had a last minute change of mind with regards to a property. Helle has great knowledge of the area she services as a long time resident. She took the time to educate us on other areas and the pluses and minuses of what each community had to offer. She was quick to respond to all texts and throughout the process set realistic expectations. We feel fortunate to have worked with Helle who felt more like family that's just another agent. We recommend her without reservation as she works tirelessly for her clients. You cannot do better than Helle Hartley!
