Seller reviewWe met Helle's husband, Todd, while looking at another property a few months back. We liked him so much that we reached out to him when we decided to put our house on the market. Between Todd and Helle and their team, they made us feel like they were only working for us. They had an open house every weekend (8 weeks) until it sold. They were always VERY communicative and very knowledgeable about everything from the housing market to house fixes to marketing and pricing strategies. Again, Todd and Helle were both very knowledgeable and communicated frequently. They gave updates, offered advice, and were overall just a pleasure to wok with. I truly felt like they were good friends and not just realtors. They were always available for questions (and we had a lot) and were wonderfully patient and knowledgeable. Overall, we greatly enjoyed working with both Todd and Helle. We would highly recommend them to family and friends and anyone else who asks. We would use them again in a heartbeat.
