Seller reviewWe found Helle through a mailer she had sent out. After we spoke with her personally, we knew she was the right person to sell our home. First off, she absolutely LOVED our house, and appreciated and understood the level of design, remodeling and finishes in it, as well as the unique buyer that this home would appeal to. The market- at the time -was not a super hot sellers market - so we were not flooded with showings or offers, but she did an excellent job working everyone who viewed it and securing our final offer to people who did love it....Ironically, weeks before the hurricane. We were extremely pleased with the entire situation.
