Buyer reviewHelle was absolutely critical to not only our recent purchase, but more importantly gave us a full understanding of the local market, which has been changed since the recent hurricanes. As investors, we needed to know the property's current as-is value as well as the future value after we finished renovations. This also had to take into consideration, the abundancy of newly damaged properties, along with the declining market that is currently still downtrending. Helle helped us gain a clear insight to all of that. We also had a listing agent who had backup offers to ours and was (let's say) strongly hoping that we would not complete our purchase.
