Helle Hartley was the realtor for the seller and I emailed her, indicating our potential interest in the home. She called me right away and we set up a date for a "FaceTime walk-through" of the home. We felt that Helle was upfront and realistic in answering any questions we had. Once we decided to make an offer on the home, she assisted in connecting us with very competent professionals to complete the transaction. Helle has an impressive network of professionals that made the purchase so much simpler! We closed on the house, without ever seeing it! About a week after the closing, we made a trip to our new second home. Everything was just as it was represented and there were no surprises! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Helle!
