Helle was the listing agent and I attended an open house. I expected I would use a buyer agent when ready to purchase and I thin for any other property I would have. I connected with Helle instantly though and I just knew she was right for me and that she would treat me and the seller both fairly and responsibly and she did! I was buying an investment property which I have never done before. Helle was an expert which inspired confidence in me. The closing was right on time - actually on the exact date in the original offer/contract. Helle let me know in advance if someone else would be reaching out for something. Helle is my forever real estate professional now no matter what I might need in the future.

Helle truly listened to the unique needs of my situation, explored and explained my options without pushing me in any direction. She really looked out for my best interests and followed through with everything she promised to do throughout every step of the process. I couldn't have asked for a smoother process and she answered my questions lightning quick. I had worked with her previously and would not consider working with anyone else in the future!
