Seller reviewI have know Henry since High School and knew him as honest and trustworthy. I reached out to him to sell my property out of state. I could not have done this without his help guidance and expertise. The house needed a lot of repairs and upgrades before we could list it. Henty helped suggest contractors and managed many aspects of this for me as I was not in the same area. I'd highly recommend him to any one in search of a reliable realtor.

Buyer reviewHenry is a local who has lived in the area that we were searching for a new home in. He knew the area and his connections and experience were obvious. Henry was very accessible and able to schedule viewings even on short notice. Our favorite thing about Henry is how he would provide a list of options instead of trying to sell us on something. For example, when viewing a house with an espcially creaky second story, he brought up ways that might help mitigate the noise without trying to sell us the house. He knew that it may not be a perfect fix, but it could help if that was a major blocker. Same deal with finding an inspector: he provided a list of licensed inspector but did not push for a specific one. We really appreciated how Henry did not treat us as just another sale to get out of the door.

Henry from the beginning of meeting him settled most all my concerns and as time progressed with working with him all concerns and anxiousness were washed away. He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about the field of real estate.
