Heydy and her hubby are very professional and relational. They did their best to figure out our wants/needs even though we weren't sure ourselves - they were very patient with us. We are chronically indecisive, yet had just moved our entire lives to a new state, based on a lot of research of the area. Ultimately, it was Heydy and Jesse's videos that made us discover/choose and ultimately fall in love with the area - so we wanted to give them the "business." They provide a good balance of personability and respect when viewing properties - not hovering or pushing an opinion. We are not fancy folk, nontheless, in working in the business field in my career - I can see that Heydy can be extremely professional as well as very down to earth and without judgement. When we finally chose a home, we had to close around hurricane Milton, and she negotiated to get us in the safety of 4 walls DURING the storm. Even months after, she reached out to remind us to apply for Homestead Exemption.

Heydy Muench went above and beyond. My husband constantly called her with questions and concerns. She always answered his calls. If she didn't have the answers, she would find out and come back with answers. We purchased from another state. Heydy made herself available to attend walkthroughs, made videos and constantly communicated with the builder on our behalf. Her level of professionalism, knowledge, patience and sense of commitment were beyond excellent! Thank you Heydy and thank you Century 21.
