This review is for a residential lease. Holly was recommended by Linda Lysko as an expert in Sales and Leasing. I could tell from our initial contact that Holly was an expert in knowing the market, lease rates, and working with the association. Her positive energy and can-do attitude also came through on the initial call. Holly did a excellent job with all aspects of the lease and always worked and/or responded quickly with regards to taking photos, yard sign, multiple on-line listings, finding prospective lessees, documentation, documentation with the association, and closing the lease. She provided detailed advice and tips on preparing the property and referred me to a reasonably priced, quality painter. Holly did a great job with interfacing with the association and Leasing office. She really knows the documentation and approval process. She also called the Maintenance dept. to address a repair needed in the carport which is in another bldg. The work by the Century 21 Rainbow Reality staff was timely, clear, and accurate. Both Holly and the Century 21 Rainbow Reality staff did a fantastic job! I highly recommend Holly and the team!
