Holly was so much more knowledgeable about the local area than other agents from the same area. They all tried to low-ball us on the list price and said it would take months to sell. Holly was confident it would sell quickly and it did....for more than we had it listed for!!! She worked very hard to coordinate showings and was excellent to work with all the way through the sale.
