Seller reviewI was aware of the awards Holly had earned. Since I knew her and some of her family, I was interested in working with her. My experience made it clear why she's won awards. I could not have chosen a better agent. Holly knows her business well. She is a great communicator, was accessible when needed, kept me informed, and just a huge help in completing the process. While selling a house is a familiar process for Holly, she never forgot that it was a unique, first time event for me.

Buyer reviewI moved to Hunt county without knowing anyone in the area, but chose Holly Gray by recommendation of my (then) employer-to-be. For this reason, Holly was one of the first people I met in the area. Her friendliness, knowledge of the community, timely communication, and helpfulness were excellent for my wife and I as we were coming from out of state. She was willing to wok very hard to ensure that the process of buying out home went smoothly and helped us through numerous obstacles. Holly is truly incredible and I would recommend her to anyone.

This was further complicated by the fact I do not live in the area and I had Power of Attorney for the subject property. I would not hesitate to send a friend or relative needing a realtor to Holly.

Seller reviewHolly was so much more knowledgeable about the local area than other agents from the same area. They all tried to low-ball us on the list price and said it would take months to sell. Holly was confident it would sell quickly and it did....for more than we had it listed for!!! She worked very hard to coordinate showings and was excellent to work with all the way through the sale.
