As a long-time resident of Middletown and a licensed New Jersey Realtor, Hope and her family moved here in 2005 (her husband was born and raised in Middletown), and she's been in love with the area ever since. Hope has enjoyed helping her clients to realize their real estate goals - whether it's selling a home or finding a new one - she prides herself on a true hands-on approach for the smoothest possible transaction, within her clients' ideal timeframe. A member of the National Association of Realtors®, the New Jersey Association of Realtors®, and the Monmouth County Association of Realtors®, Hope has recently taken on the responsibility of training new agents within the office, in addition to her busy day to day schedule. Buyer reviewHope Raymond is a cut above the rest. Not only is she a quality human being to her very core, but she is friendly, intelligent, and assertive. Having her as our realtor as first time home buyers not only made the experience painless and enjoyable for us, but also simultaneously most likely ruined all other realtor experiences we may have in the future. We worked with Hope for two years before finding a property, and she truly guided us the entire time. We'd send her a couple properties, and she always, without exception, set up a viewing and met us at our earliest convenience to see the place. Since we really didn't know what to look for, she explained listings and what verbage means. We found her through a listing on realtor.com, and we truly were meant to work with her. It does not escape us how fortunate we are that we landed on her radar.
