Buyer reviewI couldn't have asked for a better experience with a realtor. I'm a first-time home owner and Iris was incredible at guiding me throughout the entire home-buying process. She sent me frequent listings and was very communicative with letting me know as soon as they came on the market. When I saw 3 properties I wanted to tour in one day, Iris didn't hesitate to agree to schedule all 3 listings back to back the same day I requested them. While touring homes she remained neutral with her feedback to empower me to make my own decision with finding the right home. She provided me a thorough comp market analysis so I could make an informed decision. Iris educated me about the importance of having a radon test which I never would have known about. Once I found my dream home she reminded me to do a home inspection and took time to help me find a quality inspector. This was huge as the inspector found key issues that my builder fixed prior to my closing. I will be recommending Iris to others!

Buyer reviewWe came across an issue with the closing last minute. The bank I chose gave me a hard time on some documents. It was close to closing date and the home builder wanted to give me another option. Iris made sure I was given a fair deal and kept the house I wanted. So grateful for her.
