Buyer reviewIrma Soltero-Sparks is an outstanding realtor! I appreciated how she would speak her mind about issues and positive things she saw with houses that she showed me. I was a first-time buyer and she took the time to explain things to me when there were things that I should look for in terms of the condition/upkeep of a house. She was always a text message/phone call away if I had questions. Irma also made time to make it to my closing documents signing with the mobile notary to support me and answer any questions I had. Irma is a wonderful realtor who puts 200% effort to helping home buyers find and purchase their homes!

Seller reviewIrma was recommended by a family member who has worked at Century21 in the past. She was highly spoken of and trusted. Irma's performance, knowledge of the propety, pricing was right on. The only reason it took longer to sell the property was not due to Irma's performance, but the first Buyer pulling out of escrow due to medical emergency and Irams had to start all over again. She should our property on many occasions and consistantly. She is an honest and reliable Agent. We are extremely happy the she was recommended and anyone, who is represented by Irma should feel lucky. Thank you Irma:)
