Immediately when the owner showed us the home she developed an excellent rapport with him. She came prepared with our pre-qualification documents to show the seller how serious we were. Our new home was the very first offer we made through Irma and, low and behold, the seller accepted it! She worked tirelessly to get the deal done and we were able to close quickly and efficiently.
