She guided me through the process by being very approachable and always available for questions through texting and phone calls and respectful of my wishes. She is very knowledgeable of the area, provided me with insightful information of what to expect, held my hand through tough negotiations, found a qualified buyer within a week and we closed in less than a month. I would not hesitate to use Irma again and highly recommend her.

Immediately when the owner showed us the home she developed an excellent rapport with him. She came prepared with our pre-qualification documents to show the seller how serious we were. Our new home was the very first offer we made through Irma and, low and behold, the seller accepted it! She worked tirelessly to get the deal done and we were able to close quickly and efficiently.
