Buyer reviewI actually changed my mind and was not going to be purchasing a cabin. But Irma was very persistent in me putting in a back up offer, I thought it would be a waste of time. 3 months later I received a call from Irma to see if I wanted to pursue my offer, I said no because I had forgot all about it and was not interested in a cabin any longer. She followed up a couple more times with me and showed me comps that were comparable. She ended up getting us our cabin and we could not be happier. I would highly recommend Irma she is very smart and works very hard. We will be using her more and thank you again for your hard work!

Seller reviewI sat down with Irma around the end of June and Irma had already had the property listed as of July 1, 2018. The day I sat down with her, she gave me a clear list of things that I needed to do to help the process go as smoothly as possible. She was up front with me on the process of the short sale and told me that it could take a few months to finally go through. With her knowledge, I followed every thing she said and the process went along just as she said that it would. I would recommend Irma for any sale or purchase of property due to her ability and knowledge.

Buyer reviewIrma made the whole process of buying a house an enjoyable for my girlfriend and I. From the start she asked us questions to get to know us to find the right house. Then once we finally und the house she explained every step that we would then go through. She even went as far as to go with us as we signed escrow and looked at the paperwork with us to make sure everything was right. I highly reccomend her and hope she isn't retired when I decide to buy my next house.
