Her responsiveness was incredible. If she didn't pick up, she always calls back no longer than 5 minutes later. Seriously. I purchased a newly constructed home, so it wasn't a straightforward deal. she told me that going in and highlighted the concerns she had and the research she wanted to do to make sure progress was being made and I wouldn't have to wait for a long time to move in. She did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, status of city and county inspections, and reviewing all the non-standard documents like what is a GF Number that you get when you are buying new construction. The delivery of the information was straightforward: present the info and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. She really treats the situation like She was purchasing the property – She look out for you and have your best interests in mind. Irma Zamora will work with you to make your desires a reality. Irma Zamora is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, Irma Zamora was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. she is cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence she would get the job done – and she did! her promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple. I've already recommended him to two of my good friends. When I am looking to buy again, I will not hesitate to call Irma Zamora.
