As a first time home buyer, I dreaded the process. I had heard horror stories from other friends and family about how their realtor never got back with them and they would always get the run around. Very professional, yet very laid back and honest. The entire process .. from the first showing to the closing was an extraordinary experience for me. ivis was awesome. I did recommend her to a neighbor and she sold his property too. She went above and beyond what other brokers do. When my buyers broker faltered, she took over and did his job too.
