Buyer reviewit was extremely hard for me at first located in new York to select an agent with my want/needs at heart- which boiled down to trust. after two prior bad experiences my search was specific this time relying on referral and the vibe I got from the person on the phone. she aced! - everything was smooth from appointments, communication with the seller's agent, and closing. My agent even arranged the day of closing to pick my up from my nearby hotel and take me to closing (with my luggage fresh off the plane from Las Vegas right after the holidays) so that was very sweet! --just overall pleased!
