Buyer reviewMy husband and I begin the house process with Jackie York as first time home buyers and no knowledge of the process of buying a home, with the help and excellent knowledge of Jackie York she was there every step of the way to assure this process went as smooth as possible. We could not have done it with out her, she goes above and beyond, and would not hesitate to answer her phone after hours when I would have random questions! Buyer reviewThis was my first time buying a home and the entire process was a bit overwhelming and daunting, but Jackie York helped me stay on course and throughout the entire process, answered any and questions I had (even when I asked them more than once) and walked me through the entire process. She constantly communicated with me, kept me posted on the process, and was there to help figure out any issues we ran into. Her knowledge, professionalism, and commitment to helping me really showed through in the entire sales experience. Jackie never made me feel like just another client of hers or just a commission. She listened to my needs and concerns, was my advocate every step of the way and was able to find me not just a house, but my first home! Seller reviewI'm not sure if these surveys are ever really read but I think it's important to express gratitude when it's due. Jackie York helped me several years ago when I purchased my home and very recently assisted in its sale. When she told me what she felt the house could sell for I was very hesitant but knew from prior experience and how much she loves her job, that I needed to trust her guidance. I'm happy to say she found a buyer in a matter of weeks! When I received an offer it was unreal and during the entire process I kept waiting for something bad to happen because I didn't think selling a home could be that easy. Nothing is ever that easy! But Jackie York did it. Even when the buyers asked for small upgrades or fixes, Jackie provided me several names and when I made my selection, she took care of the rest. Who does that these days? Who goes out of their way to make sure you are a satisfied customer anymore? My experience with Jackie was humbling and I am truly thankful for her services. I hope this survey is read because people like Jackie are few and far between and she deserves to at least have others know how lucky they'll be if they select her as their agent.
