Jackie went above and beyond to help me out and she was with me and guided me through the entire process! I'm a single dad and I work a lot and knowing this Mrs. York even came to me in order for me to get the paperwork done on a time manner! She is extremely knowledgeable and probably one of the most aggressive realtor I've ever encountered!! Hands down the best!

Of note, the first thing I was asked about in-depth by Jackie York was, what was I looking for, the things that I enjoyed doing, and what was the most important feature of a home to me. This was important because up to that point realtors were most interested in how much I had to spend on a home. Jackie was referred to me by my bank and trusted the basic information I gave her and started straight on my home search, without haggling me for a bank pre-approval letter. This initial trust was key because it communicated respect and appreciation for me as a potential customer, now or in the future. Daisy York, Jackie's assistant was empathetic and really communicated their passion to get me into the home that fit my specific needs. Daisy was consistent and always ensured that documents and inspections were carried out in a timely manner. Impeccable attention to detail and above-average active listening skills. I didn't feel like I had to repeat myself nor find explaining my house search criteria laborious. A great addition to the team. Daisy always presented herself in a happy, positive can-do manner. I was happy that Jackie York and her team communicated a vested interest in what my goals were for my new home and what I was looking for. Jackie and her staff assistant Daisy were very personable and friendly. A memorable element of Jackie's quality of service to her customers was that Jackie and Daisy checked in on me just to see how I was feeling as the process moved along. This was very reassuring because a home purchase is a huge commitment and at times things would get clouded, so it was good to have a clarifying voice every couple of days or so, to stave off anxiety -especially when buying a home from out of state, as I did. I am so thankful that I had the opportunity to work with Jackie York and her team, they really came through for me. I absolutely love my new house!
