We were extremely satisfied with Jaclyn's services. Jaclyn was not just our realtor but quickly became a friend. Jaclyn was very understanding and helpful of personal situations we had going on and helped us work around those schedules. Jaclyn is very professional and yet very compassionate and caring that we were completely happy and comfortable. When we weren't 100% satisfied with a property she would encourage us to continue looking because the right home for us would stand out. Jaclyn has exceptional communication skills and knowledge of the entire home buying experience and we are very greatful to have worked with her.

Over the course of 6 months, we saw countless number of houses! Jaclyn was so patient and kind and entertained our craziness until we finally found our home! She is amazing and so grateful to have worked with her! Sad to say we won't see her every Saturday and Sunday anymore! She is awesome!

I have worked with Jackie on five occasions. She has always been super-professional and accommodating. The few less than perfect experiences were NOT THE FAULT of Jackie. The inspection company was less than acceptable, and I believe the sellers were devious and less than honest about the condition of the condo. Jackie = AAA. I've seen/heard Jackie taking and making calls with other clients that required immediate responses, which showed me just how multi-tasking and attentive she is to all of her clients. I started calling her a ROCK STAR, and she has proved to be every bit of one. Her positive attitude towards things makes things much less stressful. I have never seen the timing and coordination skills that Jackie mastered during the sale of my old home to fall within 48 hours of getting the key to my new home in anyone else.
