Jacqueline and Bobby were amazing! They were available to us 24/7 without hesitation and was extremely knowledgeable when we had questions, as we were first time homebuyers. While at first, I was skeptical of the service I might receive due to the lower price housing that I was in the market for, but after my first interaction with Jacqueline it became very clear that she was more interested in me, finding the right home, and the commission it would yield her. We met back in 2017, when she helped me acquire a duplex via FHA lending. The process was long, due to no fault of anyone. Utilizing FHA is just tricky when attempting to enter the Multifamily space, especially at the price point that I could afford. Jacqueline hung with me every step of the way, and kept my moral and spirits high. We found a duplex, and she helped me cross the finishline and assisted me every step of the way. Six years later, Jacqueline was my first call when it was time to sell the asset. Again, she gave me the confidence, knowledge, and experience needed to help make it happen.
