I work with first time home buyers and sellers, and relocation. I have a lot of experience with short sales. I have lived in the area since 1984 and know the area well by subdivisions and am very knowledgeable of the market and pricing. I love helping clients buy and sell homes. I love meeting and working with new clients. I also have received referrals from my many clients. I love working with military and civilians. I know the area well. A northern Virginia resident since 1984. I worked within the community from 1984 - 2003 as an owner/operator of a child care business. I continue to work within the community as a Realtor and have had much success. I love what I do.

She also supported me when sellers may have tried to take advantage and she strove to take care of me as a client. She consistently remained reacheable, even on vacation. When something changed or there was a change in status, she quickly communicated those changes. She was flexible when I established new standards or a new baseline in the type of property I was looking for. She maintained a good balance between giving good recommendations and accepting when my wife and I wanted something and going with it. I really appreciate Jackie Forturne's ability to communicate to the seller on closing that our HVAC was unsatisfactory which led to us getting a new HVAC.
