Seller reviewDan did an excellent job helping us price, stage, and prepare us to sell our home. He was communactive, nearly always available, and professional. We had a lot to learn and ended up frustrated when the builders refused to resolve an issue that came up in the inspection. Dayton fought for us to straighten everything out and ended up reducing his commission so we could pay for the work that needed done. James navigated us through all of it and put in many hours contacting the seller's agent past what a realtor normally would have to do. He even gave me advice that went against his personal monetary gain because it was the best thing for us to do. He regularly shares contacts with us for contractors for any repairs we need as well.
