Buyer reviewIf it wasn't for Jake we wouldn't be moving into our new home, and I'm not kidding! We're so happy to have our own home now and we look forward to living there. All his recommendations and help are so appreciated! We couldn't have asked for more, he went above and beyond! Jake has excellent knowledge about real estate and the entire process. He has the incredible ability to build an excellent team to help in the entire purchase. And he is always very responsive! Jake really is excellent when problems come up because purchasing a new home is a very emotional process! He knows exactly how to help and ask how he can help his clients further. Jake was recommended to us by another Agent in the office and we wouldn't have it any other way! We'd definitely recommend Jake to everyone!

Jake's attention to detail, existing knowledge, ability to quickly find new information, and drive results is truly amazing. Not only did I appreciate working with him, but everyone else in the transaction did as well. I recall escrow mentioned to me "we are so happy to work with Jake, he is wonderful". If I could rate any of the survey attributes higher I would. If there is anything Jake doesn't know, he quickly and accurately figures it out. His knowledge of construction and RE investment was incredibly helpful as well.
