Jim has been in the industry a long time and is great at marketing and negotiating for the people he is representing.

Buyer reviewThe house was absolutely prime, and Jim realized exactly how to land this deal. He talked me into full price because that would bring the sellers to the table immediately. Then he gave the sellers no time to haggle or to seek more buyers. By setting the deal to expire at 9pm that first day the house was for sale, the sellers wereforced to make an immediate decision, and they did.
