Knowing we initially were going for an FHA loan, Jim was able to point out things on the prospective properties that wouldn't pass FHA inspection. When we ran into financing snafu because appraiser didn't take into consideration critical information about well requirements for annexed division he provided local lender and worked with us and lender to secure our loan.
